At All Modern Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home transformation. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original manufacturer packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included to ensure a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
